At KindPawsClub, every item is made to order with care, meaning each product is specially created just for you after your purchase.

Processing Time  
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, your item is produced and prepared for shipment.

Estimated Shipping Times  
- Australia: 2–5 business days (after dispatch)  
- International: 3–7 business days (after dispatch)  

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location, customs processes, and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order  
Tracking information is provided once your order has been produced and shipped.  
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as it becomes available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking link.

Delays & Unexpected Issues  
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control (such as customs or courier disruptions). We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address  
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KindPawsClub is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
