Returns & Refunds – KindPawsClub

At KindPawsClub, all of our products are made to order, meaning each item is specially created just for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Change of mind  
- Incorrect size selection  
- Ordering mistakes  

However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly offer a free replacement or full refund.

To be eligible, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include clear photos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you. In most cases, you will not be required to return the item.
